What is BOMA Baltimore?

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Baltimore, Inc. is a trade association representing the commercial real estate industry. BOMA Baltimore is federated with the Building Owners and Managers Association International.

Who are BOMA members?

BOMA members include building owners, property managers, asset managers, corporate facility managers, building engineers, students and representatives from companies that supply goods and/or services to commercial properties.

What is the term of BOMA membership?

Membership runs on the calendar year. If your join date is January 1 – June 30, you will be assessed the full annual dues amount. If you join from July 1 – September 30, you may pay a prorated amount of 50% for the remainder of the year. If your join date is October 1 – December 31, you will be assessed the full annual dues and the membership will expire on December 31 of the following year. (Members who join on October 1 will receive 15 months for the price of 12.)

Does joining BOMA Baltimore make me a member of other BOMA local associations across the country?

No. Members join at the local association level. When you become a member of BOMA Baltimore, a portion of your dues are sent to BOMA International to pay for your BOMA International membership. This does not, however, make you a member of any other local BOMA association.
