About the Panel:

P. Marc Fischer, CPM®, RPA®, CCIM®, LEED® Green Associate, BOMA Fellow

Marc Fischer is nationally recognized as an innovative and dynamic leader in the commercial real estate industry.  For a quarter century, he has excelled at building and leading large and diverse real estate organizations while serving some of the nation’s most discriminating institutional investors. Marc founded InspiRE in 2015 to help small and mid-sized tenants make strategic real estate decisions throughout the term of their occupancy. Serving as a tenant’s virtual real estate department, InspiRE shows clients how to best use their real estate assets to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, increase employee and customer satisfaction, and grow their business. In addition, as an accomplished author, a sought-after speaker, and a talented instructor, Marc thoroughly enjoys igniting a passion in others to become the best and brightest talent in the real estate industry. 

Tim O’Donald, CPM®, RPA®

As President of Harbor East Management Group, Tim O’Donald oversees approximately 5.5 million square feet of commercial retail, office, hotel and residential space in Baltimore’s burgeoning Harbor East development as well as several other real estate assets owned and managed by the firm. Tim has over 25 years of real estate experience in Class A commercial office and urban/ mixed-use projects. Prior to his role as President, Tim served as Vice President of Property Management for Harbor East, supervising all of the operating property functions including leasing, property management, maintenance engineering and accounting, and was integral in the property’s growth and success from development through operation.  In addition to Tim’s experience in real estate, he was also a commissioned officer in the United States Army and served two combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and the Air Medal for his service.

Erin Deale

Erin moved back home to Maryland after being introduced to the specialty coffee industry in Portland, OR. She joined the Ceremony team in December of 2014 as Manager of their flagship Roastery Cafe and has since grown to manage six locations. Erin is also an aspiring life and business coach specializing in helping organizations build a coaching culture.

Kristen Reese

Kristen Reese joined Bozzuto in 2011 and currently leads the strategic execution of all programs and initiatives under the umbrella of employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition and diversity & inclusion. Aligning people strategy with business strategy, Kristen has a proven track record of building progressive, 'best-in-class', award-winning, employer branding, candidate experience and employee engagement programs that deliver exceptional experiences and business outcomes. Kristen is a seasoned executive coach and future-focused workplace experience designer. After graduating from Penn State University, Kristen began her career in hospitality management. Seven years later, she transitioned to staffing and executive search until moving into corporate human resources in 2006.

Amanda Kesler

Amanda Kesler joined the Ulman Foundation in 2017 as the Support Through Sport Coordinator. In this role, she oversees the foundation's nationwide "Cancer to 5K" program, which provides cancer survivors a free 12-week training program with the ultimate goal of completing a 5K race. She also leads peer to peer fundraising programs. The Ulman Foundation's mission is to change lives by creating a community of support for young adults, and their loved ones, impacted by cancer.

Adam Skrodzki

Adam Skrodzki has a background that includes 12 years of HR experience, the last 3 being with JLL. His expertise includes a number of areas such as strategic planning, compensation, employee relations and recruiting. Adam has extensive experience in the recruitment and selection process for entry-level professionals along with branding of those organizations to appeal to those with entry-level experience.
