Welcome to the network of BOMA Baltimore. Whether you are a property manager, service supplier, student, or future member, there are options for your involvement in our organization:
Participating on a BOMA Baltimore Committee strengthens your company’s voice on issues that affect your
profession and your building and provides valuable business contacts and networking opportunities. It is an effective way to build your professional network and take an active leadership role in the industry. Visit our committee page to learn more.
BOMA Baltimore has a robust community service program that provides an excellent platform for members and their colleagues to get more involved in the organization. Aside from serving on a committee (or in addition to it), you can provide support for our community service efforts. There are many worthwhile projects to support throughout the year and you will see the full calendar on the community service page.
Becoming a BOMA Baltimore sponsor gives you exposure to hundreds of commercial real estate industry professionals. BOMA Baltimore offers sponsorships at all of its major events, including the monthly meetings, our annual golf outing for 256 golfers, and our bi-annual Outstanding Building of Year Awards event. Each time you sponsor an event, you become part of a strategic marketing plan where your logo and brand is placed on multiple platforms.
Website advertising is available in convenient increments of 3, 6, or 12 months at an affordable rate.
The health of the commercial real estate industry relies on many things, and a critical component is future talent. BOMA Baltimore has a student membership for full-time real estate / business students and we ask our members to participate in the University of Baltimore’s Merrick School of Business mentor program. It’s a great way to facilitate and grow future talent in the property management side of commercial real estate.
Would you like to become involved in BOMA Baltimore, but your company does not currently support membership for you or your job classification? BOMA First Step is a networking group for non-members (assistant property managers, administrators, engineers) to get them acclimated to BOMA as a stepping stone to membership. The group holds events several times each year. To be added to the invitation list, please visit the First Step page for instructions and information. Take that “first step” and learn about the benefits of BOMA and building a professional network.
