BOMA Baltimore is currently looking for volunteers for The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) judging committee for the 2014 TOBY program. The judging committee reviews and evaluates the entries in a two-phase process, which consists of a building tour and management team interview. Participants on the committee must possess knowledge about commercial property management or a very specific aspect of what makes a building exceptional. The call for entries will be sent out shortly and the judging process will occur over the summer. The awards presentation will be held in the fall – exact date to be determined.
