The latest adaption of COPT’s Experience Driven Workplace formula, WAYLINE introduces a biophilic design and a lineup of amenities to deliver a workplace focused on wellness, while incorporating flexible spaces that respond to the demands of office needs today and in the future.
With five floors spanning over 120,000 square feet, the space not only features many indoor amenities, but the outdoor amenity spaces and landscape enrichment allow for a seamless transition back from remote, to in-person work.
