Join us for this session to gain insight on the state of CRE on a national and local level. BOMA International President & COO Henry Chamberlain will provide a national overview of commercial real estate including trends, COVID-19 response, advocacy and legislative issues, and more. Then, Douglas Brinkley and Charles Fenwick, III, both Managing Directors with Cushman & Wakefield, will provide an update on the Baltimore market.

Henry Chamberlain directs BOMA International’s staff in Washington, D.C., in support of the association's U.S. local associations and 18 BOMA International affiliates around the world. Douglas W. Brinkley

As an Office Leasing and Sales Specialist, Mr. Brinkley focuses on user representation, corporate services and major project marketing assignments for office and office/flex real estate. He also works with a broad variety of companies in a consultation, site selection and user representation capacity. Mr. Brinkley has assisted with the acquisition and disposition of multiple sites for Bravo Health, Stanley Black & Decker, MedStar, PHH and Legg Mason. As an owner representative and project marketer, Mr. Brinkley has extensive experience creating marketing plans in the leasing and sales of office properties, representing local investors/owners and institutional owners. During the past 28 years, he has completed transactions in excess of ten million square feet for a total transaction value
of $2.5 billion dollars.
Charles Fenwick, III
Managing Director - Tenant Representation, Cushman & Wakefield
Charlie Fenwick focuses on office leasing and sales in the Northern Baltimore-Washington Corridor. He also specializes in supporting companies in growth technology and emerging industries, as well as owner-occupied sale transactions.
Charlie has successfully negotiated leases on behalf of a variety of public and private companies, many of which are emerging growth venture capital backed companies, government contractors in The Corridor and part of the Department of Defense (DoD). Besides representing small to mid-sized entrepreneurial companies, he has a growing list of investor and private clients that he represents in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor for owner-occupant buildings. Charlie completes approximately 45 transactions a year, mostly local and national tenant rep transactions.
